Vishuddhi is a sanctuary of well-being inspired by the Vishuddhi Chakra, focusing on the balance of mind, body, and soul. The center offers non-invasive therapies like Sound Healing, Biofeedback, Chakra Healing, and more. The goal at Vishuddhii is to help people find the “Right” balance between a healthy mind, body, and soul to lead a wholesome life and ultimately find the clarity of purpose in life.

Customized lead generation plan

The client wanted to get more leads and improve overall ROI. For that, our expert team designed a customized performance marketing plan for successful lead generation. 

Website Audit

Before we started campaigns for the client, our team conducted an extensive website audit. This had two-fold advantages. Firstly, it allowed us to understand the gaps and correct them for successful lead generation campaigns. Secondly, it gave us the plus points that we used to get more leads. 

We did a website audit for Vishuddhii and found that proper landing pages with contact forms were missing. After informing the client, we revamped the entire website and started the campaigns. 

Target Audience

Finding the right target audience is essential for optimizing lead generation campaigns, ensuring that resources are utilized effectively, and increasing the overall success of marketing and sales efforts.

For Vishuddhii, we experimented and found that Health Seeker, HNIs with pain, looking for sound healing therapy, etc., worked the best. 

Creative strategy

For any paid ad campaign to be successful, finding the right creative and copy combination is essential. It is vital to understand what resonates with the audience to get maximum leads. 

We experimented with different types of creatives for Vishuddi. We found that static posts and videos worked the best. In videos, the founder explaining Vishiddhii and customer testimonials gave excellent results. 

A/B testing

A/B testing is crucial in lead generation campaigns as it empowers marketers to make data-driven decisions, optimize campaigns for better performance, and adapt to changing audience preferences to maximize ROI. 

For Vishuddhi, we used A/B testing to decide which worked better – the website form or the FaceBook form. The website form worked better and gave us impressive leads. Apart from that, we also experimented with copy and creatives to get the best combination. 

Awareness campaigns

To increase the reach of the lead generation campaigns, we launched the awareness campaigns first. It gave us impressive results with Reach – 118752 and Impression- 337008. 

Google campaigns

While Meta was a huge success for us, Google was another story altogether. We did try launching Google ad campaigns for Vishuddhii but there were too many complications. We ran Google ads on best-performing keywords related to pain, but faced too many compliances from Google on running ads on disease keywords. After some time, we decided to stop Google ads and focus on Meta.

Retargeting

Retargeting is a critical part of lead generation campaigns. It enables us to re-engage potential customers, nurture leads, and increase brand recall. We retargeted website leads for Vishiddhii. 

Results

Our customized lead generation strategy led to impressive results within four months. We achieved 8X ROI in the fourth month.
